We have a team of highly trained experts, ranging from catering managers, chefs and kitchen teams, through to nutritionists, operations managers, and purchasing support, who are dedicated to providing consistently great service.
Our catering teams' skills in the kitchen are constantly honed with on-going training provided by our experienced craft development team - including one-to-one tuition sessions and workshops. Their expertise is consistently recognised in national catering awards, including the Craft Guild of Chefs, the Acorns and Hotelympia.
Our nutritionists provide our teams with specialist advice and are a dedicated resource for our clients and schools, also working with children and parents. They support the school curriculum by delivering nutrition workshops for pupils.
More and more of our teams are becoming accredited in a range of ISO standards, ensuring we are working in line with world-class business practices and sustaining long-term business success for our clients.
For example, our team at Sevenoaks School in Kent has been accredited with ISO 9001 for providing overall high quality of catering services; 14001 for excellent environmental management systems; and OHAS 18001 for their health and safety processes.
