Our chefs alone have won 240 awards in last three years including CGoMC Contract Catering Chef and the London Chef Award. Successfully serving up to two million customers every day proves our capability in soft food management.

Training

Developing our people through e-learning and training courses is a key priority. ESS invests in programmes to attract and retain the best people, such as our commitment to NQVs and apprenticeships.
